Robert Darr, President of Martinsburg Bank and Trust announces a new addition to the bank’s Trust Department. Daniel J Monte has accepted the position of Trust Consultant for Martinsburg Bank and Trust.  Dan graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1992 with a Juris Doctorate degree. From 1993 to 1999, Dan was an attorney at the law offices of Seigfreid, Runge, Leonatti, Pohlmeyer, Hagan and Seigfreid in Mexico, Mo. In 1999, Dan moved to New Mexico and began working for the law firm of Scheuer, Yost & Patterson. His practice was limited primarily to trusts and estates.  In 2004, Dan took an in house position with Los Alamos National Bank as Senior Vice President and Trust manager.
