E-statements

If you use and love online banking, then e-statements are for you!  Notices that your e-statements are available will be sent to your email on the account’s cycle date.  If you currently receive statements around the middle of the month, your e-statements will come directly to you on that date each month. Your statements can then be downloaded into Quicken or saved in a file that you can access all year long.  No more asking for back statements or imaged items.  You will have access to them at your fingertips!

Signing up is easy!  Go to our website www.martinsburgbank.com and enter your customer number and password to begin internet banking.  Then, go to the top of the page and click on “user’s options”, then “online statement options”.  From this screen you can choose whether to continue with paper statements or receive e-statements.  The second option will let you choose if you would like an e-mail notice letting you know your e-statements are available.  You click and choose the way you want to bank!

E-statements reduce postage costs, paper handling and storage. E-statements will send your statements in a consistent and timely manner.  No more waiting for the Postal Service.  Your e-statements can then be saved to a file that you can access at your leisure or download your statement into a Quicken program for easy reference.

Also, a new feature to our on-line program is the ability to view the checks you have written as well as the items that make up your deposits.  For example:  If you deposited three checks, you will be able to view each of those checks that make up your deposit. You can also check endorsements and verify the check amount.

Each of these new enhancements have been added because of you, our customer.  When you offer suggestions…Martinsburg Bank and Trust listens.  We know you want to bank on your time…your way!  Please let us know what else we can do for you!
